Step 1
The starting point, in the recruitment process, is to listen closely to the marketing requirements, needs and expectations of the Company, as the main focus for recruitment and the development of an optimal working plan.
Step 2
We confirm the category of marketing specialist required, along with the preferred service option specified, ie full time / part time / freelance.
We source candidates, adopting a head-hunting methodology, to ensure the highest level of precision in the recruitment and selection process.
A 360 full cycle approach is applied to the recruitment model, which starts when first contact is made and encompasses a number of different stages, including screening, selection, hiring and onboarding, through to starting in the role.
For freelance requirements: Marketing Specialists and Marketing Graduates.
We identify appropriate Freelancers within the chosen service category and develop a shortlist for consideration. We arrange a discovery call between the Client and the specialists as a means of initial introduction to each other, and to see which of the potential Freelancer could be a good fit for the business.
As part of the interview/pre-appointment process, Freelancers will be invited to introduce themselves, proactively pitch themselves to Employers, and set out their credentials against the context of the Employer brief.
Likewise, Graduates will have the opportunity to present and discuss their portfolios, as proof of accomplishments, samples of their work, demonstration of skills/abilities and stake their claim for the position applied for.
The Client will be invited to select their preferred Applicant to progress to agreement of the final brief.
Freelancers
