Marketing Delivery
A fully managed marketing service. We build the team, coordinate the work and oversee delivery against an agreed scope, monthly rolling. It works the way a traditional agency engagement does, one point of contact, one team, one fee, but built from our vetted specialist network rather than a fixed in-house team.

You tell us what you need to achieve. We build the team, manage the work and produce the output.
Every team is assembled specifically for the project, the right combination of experienced specialists and outstanding Rising Specialists, with AI used where it genuinely adds speed and accuracy without cutting corners on quality. We run it. You see what it delivers.
This covers campaign delivery, content, SEO, paid media, email, social, CRM and lead generation, including outbound prospecting, pipeline building and converting interest into real commercial conversations.
Monthly rolling. Flat fee. No long-term commitment required.
Available across every discipline
How Marketing Delivery works
We listen properly
A real conversation about what the business is trying to do, what is not working and what a good outcome looks like.
We build the right team
We identify which specialists and Rising Specialists fit the project and put together the right combination for the work.
You meet them first
Before anything is agreed, you meet the team. We introduce them, present their credentials and you decide if the fit is right.
We get to work
Monthly rolling agreement. Flat fee. We manage the team. You see the results.
We start with a conversation about what you're trying to achieve. From there, we assemble a team specifically for your project, drawing from experienced specialists and Rising Specialists across the disciplines your project needs. You meet the team before anything is agreed. Once confirmed, we manage the work on a monthly rolling basis, you see the output, we handle the delivery.
This works well when you need ongoing marketing delivery across multiple disciplines, campaign management, content, SEO, paid media, without hiring an internal team or managing several freelancers yourself. It suits businesses who want one point of accountability for a broader marketing function.
We take time to understand your requirements, the level of skill and experience needed, and the input the project calls for. This allows us to provide accurate costings for your consideration, agreed as a flat monthly fee before work begins. There are no hidden costs. What's agreed at the start is what you pay. Why sector-specific teams change the outcome
A generalist marketer, or a single freelancer working alone, has to learn your market before they can add real value. A sector-specific team already knows it.
When we build your team, we match specialists to your actual sector and the specific disciplines your project needs, not a generic marketer asked to cover everything. That means someone running your paid media already understands how your industry's buyers behave. Someone writing your content already knows the language your audience expects. The learning curve that usually eats the first few months of any new marketing relationship simply isn't there.
This reduces risk in three concrete ways
With one generalist hire, or one freelancer, your entire marketing output depends on one person's range of skills. If they're strong in content but weak in paid media, that gap becomes your gap. A team built across disciplines means no part of your marketing is only as good as one person's weakest area.
Every specialist has already been vetted before they're introduced to you. You're not betting six months of salary on whether a new hire works out, or discovering three months in that a generalist can't actually deliver at the level a specific channel needs.
Because Lead Kinetics manages the team and the delivery, responsibility for the outcome sits with us, not with you trying to manage multiple freelancers or a single overstretched hire.
And it moves faster
A sector-specific team doesn't need to be briefed on the basics of your industry before it can start being useful. It can move straight to the work that actually matters, campaigns built with genuine category knowledge from day one, rather than the first month being spent getting a generalist up to speed on your market. For businesses that need results on a realistic timeline, not after a learning curve, that speed is the difference.
How this compares to Specialist Freelance Placement
| Question | Specialist Freelance Placement | Marketing Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| What are you buying? | Access to an individual marketing specialist matched to your requirement. | A managed marketing service delivered by Lead Kinetics and the specialists we bring together. |
| Who manages the work? | You manage the specialist directly, including priorities, day-to-day communication and approval of their work. | Lead Kinetics manages the work, coordinates the people involved and oversees delivery against the agreed scope. |
| How flexible is it? | Highly flexible. Placements can support a short-term gap, specific project, fixed period or ongoing requirement. | Usually more structured around an agreed project, package, scope of work or ongoing delivery requirement. |
| What is the typical commitment? | Usually lower. The commitment is based on the agreed assignment, hours or notice period. | Often higher because Lead Kinetics is committing resource, management time and delivery capacity against an agreed scope. |
| Which tends to cost more? | Usually the lower-cost option because you are managing the specialist directly. | Usually higher because the fee reflects not only specialist resource, but also management, coordination and responsibility for delivery. |
Marketing Delivery typically costs more because the fee includes management, coordination and delivery responsibility, not because it delivers less value, it's a different service, not a lesser one. | ||
| Who is responsible for day-to-day direction? | The client. | Lead Kinetics. |
| What happens if the specialist is not the right fit? | Lead Kinetics remains involved. If the placement is not working as expected, we will review the issue with both sides and, where appropriate, identify alternative suitable specialists in line with the agreed placement terms. | Lead Kinetics manages the delivery relationship and is responsible for addressing issues within the agreed scope, including reallocating work or changing the specialist mix where appropriate. |
| Best suited to | Businesses with the internal capacity to manage a freelancer but needing additional skills, experience or resource. | Businesses that want the work managed for them rather than managing individual freelancers themselves. |
Specialist Freelance Placement
This model is designed for businesses that know what support they need and are comfortable managing the specialist directly. Lead Kinetics identifies and vets suitable people, matches them against your brief and remains available throughout the assignment if support is needed. You retain control over the day-to-day work, priorities and approvals, while gaining flexible access to the specialist expertise you need without adding permanent headcount.
Marketing Delivery
This model is designed for businesses that want the requirement managed rather than simply being introduced to an individual freelancer. You agree the objective, scope and expected outputs with Lead Kinetics, and we coordinate the appropriate people, manage the work and oversee delivery. This may involve one specialist or a combination of different skills depending on the requirement. Because Lead Kinetics takes on more responsibility for managing the work, Marketing Delivery will typically carry a higher fee than a direct specialist placement.
Not sure which model you need?
If you already have the internal structure to manage the work, Specialist Freelance Placement will usually offer the greatest flexibility and lower cost. If you would rather give us the requirement and have the delivery managed for you, Marketing Delivery is likely to be the better fit. We can also help you decide which model is most appropriate before any commitment is made. Exact scope, fees, notice periods and responsibilities are agreed before work begins and are set out in the relevant proposal or terms of engagement.
Frequently asked questions
We put a lot of work into matching specialists to each brief, but we also recognise that sometimes a working relationship simply isn't the right fit. That's why every new placement includes an initial 14-day review period, not an unpaid trial, any work delivered during this time is still payable, but a genuine window to raise concerns early. If something isn't working, speak to us and we'll work with both sides to understand what's wrong. Where a different specialist is the better solution, we'll identify suitable replacement options without an additional sourcing or placement fee. For ongoing assignments, either party can also end the arrangement in line with the notice period agreed at the start. Most importantly, we don't disappear once an introduction is made, we remain available throughout the assignment to help with the brief, expectations, performance, or any changes to the support you need.
It depends entirely on what your project needs. Some briefs need a single specialist with the right combination of skills, others need a small team covering multiple disciplines. We build the team around the scope of work, not a fixed headcount.
Yes. Once we've identified the right combination of specialists for your project, we introduce them and present their credentials before anything is agreed. You decide if the fit is right before committing to anything.
An in-house hire gives you one person's skillset for a fixed salary, regardless of what the work actually needs. Marketing Delivery gives you a team assembled specifically for your project, with the right mix of disciplines and experience, managed for you, without the cost or risk of a permanent hire.
You'll have clear visibility on progress and results throughout, with Lead Kinetics managing the team and coordinating the work, so you have one point of contact rather than juggling several freelancers yourself.
